Cancellation policy
EVELARE SUBSCRIPTION DISCLOSURE
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following subscription terms:
Evelare offers products on a recurring subscription basis. When you select a subscription option at checkout, you authorize Evelare to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring schedule (every 30 days, unless otherwise specified at checkout) until you cancel.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current subscription price. You will be charged on the same day each billing cycle. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before your renewal date will not prevent the upcoming charge, and that order will be processed and fulfilled as scheduled.
To cancel, log into your account at shopevelare.com and manage your subscription under "Subscription Management," or contact our support team at support@shopevelare.com before the 24-hour cancellation window.
No refunds will be issued for subscription charges processed after the cancellation deadline has passed.
You will receive an email reminder before each renewal. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancellation timing accordingly.
